Payment Methods

Payment by cash on delivery:

Ability to pay at the time of receipt by the partner courier company (cash or POS).

Payment by cash or card in ourcenter:

If you have chosen to pick up your order from ourcenter, you can pay by cash (< 500€) or card.

Deposit in a bank account:

In case of transfers from other accounts (except Alpha Bank, National Bank & Piraeus Bank) the commission costs are charged to the customer. The cost of the commission is non-refundable in case you want to cancel your order.

Please use your order ID as proof of payment. Your order will not be shipped until the amount has been cleared in our account.

Customer obligations
The customer is obliged to fill in the mandatory fields during the order process in the correct way. In case the shipping address of the order is incorrectly stated, the responsibility is solely on the customer. The customer is prohibited to resell the products he buys.

Packaging
KESP takes care of the packaging of your order without any additional charge.

Price policy
The customer always pays the price indicated in the price lists at the time of the order. The prices listed on each product include VAT.
They do not include shipping costs (whether it is postal cash on delivery or courier cash on delivery). Shipping and COD costs are borne by the customer and are added to the final confirmation of the order.

KESP keeps a record of all orders in the dynamic e-shop management system.
